CitSci Africa Association: CitSci Africa Association is an organization dedicated to fostering and promoting citizen science initiatives across the African continent. It serves as a platform for connecting citizen scientists, researchers, and policy makers to collaborate on addressing pressing environmental and social challenges.

Earthwatch Innovation: Earthwatch Innovation works in Africa on projects funded by Horizon Europe, the EU’s key funding programme for research and innovation. It is continually innovating to make citizen science more impactful and to stay at the forefront of the global citizen-science field. It leads and contributes to a range of projects (such as ProBleu, in Morocco and Tunisia) that advance the field of citizen science by researching its impact on society, sharing expertise and developing new tools.

Envaros: Envaros aims to promote resilient communities through innovative research, capacity building, and consultancy on environmental and sustainable development issues. It has been involved in citizen-science projects in Zambia.

INRAE: INRAE is France’s National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food, and Environment. It is committed to finding solutions for related challenges using science, innovation, and public-policy support. Its objective is to transform how food is grown and produced.

SciStarter: SciStarter helps bring together millions of curious and concerned people in the world; the thousands of opportunities to engage in real-world research questions in collaboration with researchers, communities, organisations, and companies; and the resources, products, and services that enable people to pursue and enjoy these activities while learning and accelerating important research.

Water Rangers: Water Rangers helps people deepen their understanding of water issues through affordable water testing. They believe that crowdsourcing water-quality data through citizen science can help scientists fill in gaps and achieve sustainable water monitoring.
